Office Meeting Bingo: free printable cards
Printable meeting bingo cards with gentle, workplace safe video call humor.
Meeting bingo is a lighthearted way to acknowledge the habits of video calls and conference rooms without singling anyone out. The squares cover the phrases and small mishaps everyone recognizes, from muted microphones to a dog barking in the background.
Share cards before a long session or a team offsite and play quietly over the course of the day. Keep the tone kind and the items general. A coffee gift or bragging rights for the first bingo is plenty of reward.
One of the 5×5 cards this template makes. Every printed card gets its own layout.
How to play
- Share cards before a long meeting or an offsite.
- Mark a square quietly whenever the phrase or moment happens.
- First row wins bragging rights or a coffee.
- Keep it friendly; the point is a shared laugh, not a callout.

Printing tips
- For a group of up to 30 you can print everything free. Choose 2 cards per page for a standard size, or 4 per page to save paper.
- Turn on the call sheet. It lists every square in a random order with a checkbox, so the caller never repeats one.
- Add a few more squares than the 24 a card needs. The more entries, the more the cards differ.
- Pick “Save as PDF” in the print dialog if you want to email the cards or print them later.
