Baby Shower Bingo: free printable cards
Printable baby shower bingo cards with classic baby items for the gift opening.
Baby shower bingo is one of the easiest games to run because guests can play while they eat, chat, and watch the parents open gifts. Each card lists common baby items, and players mark a square whenever the matching gift is unwrapped or whenever the host calls it out.
Print one card per guest plus a few spares for late arrivals. A small prize for the first bingo keeps people watching the gift pile, and a second round for a full card fills the time nicely if the opening runs long.
One of the 5×5 cards this template makes. Every printed card gets its own layout.
How to play
- Give each guest a card and a pen when they arrive.
- Mark a square when the matching gift is opened or the host calls it out.
- First to complete a row says bingo and wins a small prize.
- Play a second round for a full card if gift opening runs long.

Printing tips
- For a group of up to 30 you can print everything free. Choose 2 cards per page for a standard size, or 4 per page to save paper.
- Turn on the call sheet. It lists every square in a random order with a checkbox, so the caller never repeats one.
- Add a few more squares than the 24 a card needs. The more entries, the more the cards differ.
- Pick “Save as PDF” in the print dialog if you want to email the cards or print them later.
