Music Genres Bingo: free printable cards
Printable music bingo cards with a placeholder list of genres and music terms.
Music bingo usually works by playing short clips and having players mark the matching square. This template provides a placeholder list of genres and music terms so you can test the layout, then replace the squares with the song titles from your own playlist.
Build a playlist of thirty to forty songs, print cards with the titles or genres, and play each clip for about twenty seconds. The first row wins, and a full card round at the end makes a good finale for a party or a trivia night.
One of the 5×5 cards this template makes. Every printed card gets its own layout.
How to play
- Replace the placeholder squares with titles from your playlist.
- Play each clip for about twenty seconds.
- Players mark the square for the song they recognize.
- First row wins; finish with a full card round.

Printing tips
- For a group of up to 30 you can print everything free. Choose 2 cards per page for a standard size, or 4 per page to save paper.
- Turn on the call sheet. It lists every square in a random order with a checkbox, so the caller never repeats one.
- Add a few more squares than the 24 a card needs. The more entries, the more the cards differ.
- Pick “Save as PDF” in the print dialog if you want to email the cards or print them later.
